Lodge Pro-Logic Wok
This wok is fantastic. It is made in America by Lodge. All Lodge cast iron is made in South Pittsburg, TN and they did an excellent casting job. The Lodge wok, like all their cookware, is the top-of-the-line. The quality and construction are excellent
The wok comes pre-seasoned and the inside surface is smooth. Compared to standard woks, the wok is heavy, but it does the job.
The wok is heavy and flat on the bottom, but curved inside so it won’t move around on the stove when cooking, safer that way. On a gas range, when it gets hot, it stays hot for a long time. It can be used on an electric flat top stove as well. It retains its heat and is great for stir-frying, deep-frying. The higher temperature is located toward the lower center of the wok, which allows for quicker cooking. Heats incredibly evenly and does a fantastic job on stir fry. It stays hot and sears meat the vegetables with no problem.

To clean it and keep its non-stick surface just rinse it with a sponge, dry it, put it on the stovetop, and spray it with canola oil. The residual heat is enough. After about 10 uses, nothing really sticks anymore. For quick cleaning, just do it with hot water and a sponge.
The no long handles design makes this wok way easier to store and way easier to clean since it fits in the sink.
You can use the work directly on a campfire: about 12″ flames and hot coal embers.
This is a great item that will last many many years.
